Create Your Alter Ego: The Brain-Backed Way to Build Bold Confidence (Copy)
Raise your hand if you’ve ever seen a woman walk into a room and without saying a word, the whole energy shifted.
Not because she was the loudest.
Not because she was the most glamorous.
But because something in her said:
✨ I belong here. ✨
That’s goddess energy. And it’s not reserved for red carpets or Beyoncé. It’s something you can turn on—yes, even in the Target parking lot wearing yesterday’s dry shampoo.
Episode #13: Harnessing your goddess energy
We broke this all down in this week’s podcast episode, but let’s go deeper here. More stories. More science. More tools you can try today.
Because when you learn how to embody goddess energy, it changes how the world sees you—
and how you see you, too.
What is Goddess Energy, Really?
Goddess energy isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
It’s when you show up rooted in your own worth, not asking for permission to take up space.
It’s that moment when you stop shrinking.
When you don’t chase—because you’re too busy choosing.
When your “no” becomes a complete sentence.
When your posture changes, your energy softens, and suddenly you feel unshakable.
It’s not about faking confidence.
It’s about embodying the version of you who already has it.
And here’s the kicker: your brain believes what you show it.
Which brings us to...
Mirror Neurons: The Science Behind the Spark
We’re not just pulling this out of our a$$es….
There’s actual neuroscience behind why this works.
Mirror neurons are special brain cells that fire both when you do something and when you observe someone else doing it.
It’s how babies learn to wave, smile, clap, talk—by watching you. They don’t read a manual. They mirror.
Now apply that same principle to your adult life.
Let’s say you’re scrolling and someone triggers you. Maybe it’s jealousy.
Instead of spiraling into “Ugh, why her?”—try this:
Flip it to, “Ooh... maybe that’s something I want.”
That jealousy? It’s not bad. It’s just a signal.
A flare from your soul saying: Hey, pay attention to that.
So start watching.
Not to compare—but to learn.
How does she speak?
How does she walk into a room?
How does she advocate for herself, take up space, or make decisions?
And if her vibe isn’t one you want to copy fully? Cool.
You can build your own version.
Write it out. Make a vision board. Describe her energy on paper.
Then—start embodying that.
Because when you act like the woman you want to become,
your brain goes: “Copy that.”
Practice isn’t pretending. It’s programming.
You’re showing your subconscious what’s possible—and it starts working to make it true.
🔥 5 Ways to Turn On Your Inner Goddess (Today)
Let’s make this practical. Whether you’re channeling Marilyn Monroe, Sasha Fierce, or your own homemade alter ego (hey Veda Monroe 👀), here are five ways to embody goddess energy right now:
1. Create Your Alter Ego
This isn’t just for celebrities. Having an alter ego helps you step outside your everyday patterns and into your power version of you.
Ask:
How does she speak?
What does she know about herself?
What does she wear?
What’s her name?
Not because the real you isn’t enough—but because this version reminds you who you already are underneath the fear.
💡 Need inspo? Beyoncé had Sasha Fierce. Lady Gaga had Jo Calderone. Nicki Minaj channels Roman when she needs to speak her truth without apology. Even RuPaul created RuPaul as a superhero alter ego of his more introspective self.
2. Use the Marilyn Monroe Effect
There’s a now-famous story of Marilyn Monroe walking through New York City with zero attention—until she turned it on. With just a few subtle shifts (her posture, her presence), people immediately started recognizing her.
Try this:
✨ Walk like you’re magnetic
✨ Move like the room is already yours
✨ Then turn it off again
It’s not about performance. It’s about practicing presence.
3. Harness the Power of Posture
Before you write this off, try it:
Stand tall
Shoulders back
Tuck your pelvis slightly
Align over your feet
Breathe deeper
That’s it. Instant energetic shift.
Your posture tells your brain, “I’m safe. I’m strong. I belong here.”
It also literally makes you taller. (Ask Kent. Heidi did.)
4. Practice “Energetic Dressing”
What would your goddess wear?
Not to impress anyone else—but to activate a feeling in you.
Velvet? Leather? Silk?
Gold hoops or chunky boots?
A red lip on a Wednesday just because?
Wear what makes you feel untouchable. Powerful. Present.
5. Anchor Your Mantra
Pick one that feels believable now. Not something that feels too far away.
Examples:
“I am magnetic.”
“I am a force.”
“I am allowed to take up space.”
Breathe it in. Let it land. Then act like it’s already true.
Because eventually? It will be.
Goddess Energy Is Contagious
Here’s what happens when you start showing up this way:
People reflect it back to you.
Mirror neurons mean they subconsciously start treating you the way you treat yourself. You start believing it.
When you see yourself standing tall, speaking with power, showing up differently... you become that version of you.You shift the entire room.
Goddess energy raises the vibration for everyone around you. And if they don’t rise with you? That’s not your room.
Try the Marilyn Challenge
We dare you.
This week, walk into a coffee shop or meeting with your goddess energy on. See what happens.
Then turn it off. Then on again.
Weird? Maybe.
Powerful? Absolutely.
Let yourself feel the shift.
You Don’t Have to Be Loud to Be Powerful
Let’s be clear—goddess energy isn’t about being the center of attention.
It’s about being so rooted in your self-worth that the room adjusts to you.
You don’t need to prove.
You don’t need to push.
You just need to remember who the hell you are.
What’s Your Alter Ego?

Elise AKA Sissy (00:01)
Even practicing posture shifts or power stances, can literally rewire your sense of self-worth. Practice isn't pretending, it's programming.
Heidi (00:12)
For generations, women were shamed for trusting themselves, sensing things before they happened, and believing in their own power. No one encouraged them to embrace it until now. Welcome to Trust Yourself.
Elise AKA Sissy (00:25)
Who is feeling goddessey today? Okay Good, because I'm not always feeing goddessey, but sometimes. But, if not, let's find out how to embody that goddess energy becuase did you know that on average, people form an impression of you within seven seconds of meeting you, and it has little to do with your resume and everything to do with your energy.
Heidi (00:50)
Well, that is longer than the three seconds that people give you on Instagram, so I'll take it.
Elise AKA Sissy (00:55)
So today we're gonna talk all about how Hollywood legends like Marilyn Monroe and everyday women like you and me can turn on powerful energetic switches by just embodying our goddess energy and we can change how the world responds to you and even how you respond to yourself. Okay, so let's go Sasha Fierce.
Heidi (01:17)
What is goddess energy? To me, goddess energy is embodied confidence. It's how you hold yourself, how you talk, like your voice, and beliefs that you tell your nervous system, like I'm safe, I'm worthy, I'm powerful. She doesn't wait for the right mood, she creates it. It's your main character moment, energy.
Elise AKA Sissy (01:40)
No,
you love hy-
Heidi (01:41)
I do, I do love main character energy. I also like director energy, so it depends on the day. Okay. But it's the vibe that turns heads without even needing to try. It's just being unapologetically yourself and self-trust.
Elise AKA Sissy (01:55)
I like to think of goddess energy as your personal alter ego. It's that bold magnetic version of you that doesn't ask for permission to take up space. She just knows she's enough and she's worth it. I'm also working on this myself. So I like to think this is what it feels like. I'm still wanting to embody that. But goddess energy is not necessarily a look. It's a frequency. And it's not perfection. It's a presence.
Heidi (02:23)
Yeah, I totally believe that. just embodying that specific frequency, I love how you said it like that because that to me is energy. And so that is what you are embodying. So when you start practicing embodying this goddess energy, you can start attracting more respect from other people. And actually even yourself, I've found too, every time that I'm embodying a goddess, I talk to myself differently. you know, I almost like care for myself differently too. So you attract that respect.
you gain better connections, you might see bigger opportunities coming your way, and you can really surprise yourself with what you can do when you're embodying that goddess energy.
Elise AKA Sissy (03:02)
I think women especially feel powerful embodying that goddess energy because we all live in a world that desires their women to be small, soft, and likable, right? Boo! Yeah, so that goddess energy really helps you reclaim that power and reclaim your self-worth, just as you are. I want to tell you a story about Norma Jeane, or you may know her as Marilyn Monroe. ⁓
Heidi (03:29)
I did not know her name was Norma Jeane . I really didn't, I'm sorry.
Elise AKA Sissy (03:31)
Shut up.
First Venus, now Marilyn Monroe. on. sorry. No, it's okay. Actually, not too commonly known and maybe in our generation.
Heidi (03:35)
Sorry. Sorry, sorry, Marilyn.
Also, she definitely looks more like Marilyn Monroe than Norma Jeane. Let's be real.
Elise AKA Sissy (03:45)
sure she has embodied that.
But yes, Marilyn Monroe was known for being able to turn on that charm and just transform her presence. And there's actually an interesting well-known account ⁓ from Amy Green, who was the wife of Marilyn Monroe's personal photographer, Milton Green. And they were hanging out one day just walking down the streets in New York City. And Marilyn was dressed plainly.
And so she was kind of going unnoticed and Amy said to her, I'm surprised that people aren't coming up to you and asking for autographs and saying, my gosh, Marilyn, Marilyn. And Marilyn turns to her and she says, ⁓ girl, I don't know if she's like that. ⁓ girl. That's because I haven't turned it on yet. And then she snickers. She's like, do you want to see me become her? ⁓
Heidi (04:31)
Girl.
Elise AKA Sissy (04:42)
I want to see her become her. ⁓ So then when she did that, she started walking and Amy recounted that she just had this subtle change in her demeanor and instantly started drawing attention to herself and people passing by were like, it's Marilyn. ⁓ I want her autograph. And Amy said, I don't know how to explain what she did because it was so very subtle, but she turned something on within herself that was almost like magic.
That's so cool. Now we know this phenomenon as the Marilyn Monroe effect. And she's not the only one to do that, right? There's so many people that have this alter ego.
Heidi (05:23)
if you will. you think Taylor Swift can do this, turn it off and then be able to walk around like normal?
Elise AKA Sissy (05:29)
when
she starts slouching and no, I'm kidding. That's me.
Heidi (05:33)
But I mean, she did walk into the Kansas City Chiefs game the very first time with a mob of people around like nobody knew. That's true. They didn't notice her. ⁓ I bet she could.
Elise AKA Sissy (05:41)
I don't know. A
very hard time thinking that people will not notice Taylor Swift, but.
Heidi (05:48)
Yes, I mean she did have to wear like a baseball cap and kind of hide her face and look down but still it's true the energy that's very interesting right so who else has an alter ego we know well I know Sasha fierce Beyonce don't don't hate me but I'm not like super into Beyonce's world I don't know her very well
Elise AKA Sissy (06:07)
We have to edit this out because we're gonna get such hate mail for that statement
Heidi (06:11)
We're not gonna get hate. We are not gonna get hate. I love Beyonce. I love Beyonce. Don't get me wrong. I love her. I just don't know her very well. But from what I have heard, I've heard that she like has or had stage fright. And so she had to embody Sasha Fierce. And that was her alter ego to help her get on stage and feel powerful and not scared. So, sorry guys. But I just, wasn't sure if that was right. So she did it because of her stage fright, which I...
Elise AKA Sissy (06:33)
She did it damn well.
Heidi (06:40)
never would have known she had stage fright. So it's crazy how much just embodying that alter ego can actually change how you can work, function.
Elise AKA Sissy (06:50)
She commands the attention on that stage. She owns it. It's amazing to see.
Heidi (06:57)
I really really love that and then another one that I just learned from you sissy is Lady Gaga she well she has multiple alter egos Interesting that she has one that she calls Joe Calderon Which is a male persona that she uses to challenge gender norms love that that's so cool
Elise AKA Sissy (07:15)
I think Nicki Minaj, she also has a male alter ego. I think, I want to say it's Roman Zelensky. Roman Zelensky that she channels when she's feeling, not feeling comfortable expressing her emotions as herself. So she's like, I'm going to be Roman today.
Heidi (07:22)
That's
Yeah,
because guys will say exactly what's on their mind.
Elise AKA Sissy (07:35)
Then there's also RuPaul André Charles, he's better known as RuPaul the Drag Queen. And he said that he created RuPaul the Drag Queen as a superhero alter ego of Charles, because Charles was more the introspective, private self, and RuPaul just took over the stage, as you will.
Heidi (07:57)
I love that. I love RuPaul.
Elise AKA Sissy (08:00)
And
then, of course, I'm going to give another example of someone that's not very famous because you don't have to be a celebrity to have an alter ego. But our dad used to be a radio DJ, yes, as well as a pastor. And he can for sure step into this presence. Like when he's behind the pulpit or behind a mic, that it just draws attention and it exudes respect. Like, I'm a man.
Heidi (08:27)
Yeah, here's John.
Elise AKA Sissy (08:29)
Well that sounded scary.
Heidi (08:31)
It sounds scary. No, but it's like Pastor John. Or Radio.
Elise AKA Sissy (08:36)
Yo
DJ John, KQRX blah blah blah blah blah
Heidi (08:39)
⁓ man, he needs to do that for us again. Maybe we could get him on the show. That'd be amazing. But I remember like always asking dad, like dad, dad, do your radio voice. And he'd be like, no, no, no, no, I'm not gonna do it. And then like get him like a whiskey drink or something. And then five minutes later, you're like, god. I have no idea. That's like what I have. remember as a child, hearing those types of words. don't, I doubt he worked at a country station. So I don't know why I said country.
Elise AKA Sissy (08:55)
Is that actually what it is? That's really good if you're-
That's true. Well, it was South Dakota, wasn't it?
Heidi (09:11)
⁓ yeah. There's a Korn Palace. K-O-R-N, right? But... Anyways, we need to get Dad on here.
Elise AKA Sissy (09:15)
KORN, the corn pal-
Yes. Moving on. How does the goddess energy work? So are we just like fooling ourselves? I don't think we are. Actually, there's a really simple reason based in my favorite neuroscience. So when you embody someone, you are actually rewiring your brain with mirror neurons.
And if you don't know what those are, don't worry, I didn't either until I learned about them recently. Mirror neurons are specialized brain cells that fire both when you do an action and when you observe someone else doing it. So if, for example, you're watching someone walk confidently into a room, your brain activates that same pathway as if you are actually yourself doing it. So that's basically like your subconscious ⁓
copy-paste mechanism for behavior and emotion and energy. And there are three things that can happen when you embody your goddess energy with these mirror neurons. First, people start to reflect your energy back to you. So when you embody Sasha Fierce, when you embody confidence, radiance and self-trust, even if it's starting as an act to you, the people around you
subconsciously begin to match that energy and you're training their brains on how to perceive you by modeling how you treat yourself. So really what we're saying is confidence is contagious and mirror neurons are how the world catches it from you.
Heidi (10:54)
Right? That's much more fun than COVID. Catch some confidence, not COVID.
Elise AKA Sissy (10:57)
my god, girl.
I'm out here mask free. Give me that confidence all over the place. That's weird
Heidi (11:06)
Okay. Bit incompetent. Gross.
Elise AKA Sissy (11:08)
All right, the second thing that can happen is you actually start to train yourself. So when you see yourself acting like a goddess in a mirror or a video, or when you see people respecting you that way, your brain internalizes that behavior and you actually start to believe it. Even just practicing posture shifts or power stances, it can literally rewire your sense of self-worth.
If people say, you're just pretending, no, practice isn't pretending, it's programming. And then third, you can actually shift group energy. And I love this because this is where we start to see the bigger ripple effects. So for example, in meetings or social situations, if there's one person with strong grounded energy, and you may have noticed this before, actually it doesn't have to be positive, it could also be negative energy, but
someone with that strong energy can shift the whole group dynamic. so especially when women embody a powerful presence, it cues safety, authority, and magnetism for others. And then people feel that energy. And then again, they reflect it back to you. So then if you bring that confidence that I know what I want, I know what I'm worth to the meeting, that's
that whole group is going to raise their vibrations to that level. They're going to meet you there and they're going to see you. Well, and if they don't, you can just leave the room. Be like, bye. Not feeling it.
Heidi (12:45)
don't respect my goddess energy I'm out
Elise AKA Sissy (12:47)
But I don't know, I love those three things can happen just from some tiny little mirror neurons in our bodies.
Heidi (12:55)
⁓ So how do we access this though if we're not feeling goddessy? Because Sissy, you mentioned that like you're working on this and sometimes it's hard for you to do this. I think some of the anchor practices you mentioned a few, but that posture shift, standing like a goddess, maybe doing a power pose, maybe experimenting with power poses and finding one that you really, really like. ⁓
Elise AKA Sissy (13:16)
like the Peter Pan pose but I feel like there should be a more feminine pose for that name. Feet spread apart, your hands on your hip, that's the Peter Pan pose but let's make like a Marilyn Monroe pose.
Heidi (13:21)
The hands on the hips is that.
Yeah, the other one I know is like the star where they just like you just like put your hands up and you like you spread your legs apart and you just kind of stand like a star but I feel stupid doing that one.
Elise AKA Sissy (13:36)
I mean, if you walk to a meeting like that, people will be like, should I call security?
Heidi (13:38)
I am here.
I don't know. I feel like I don't have like a specific pose, but what I do notice lately, especially I've been trying to work on my alignment in my body, mind and spirit. Right. So going to the chiropractor, going to the gym, making sure that I can like hold my posture correctly. And I'll notice that even just like a simple shift of rolling my shoulders back, putting my
like tilting my pelvis more forward, I guess, like, you know, because I feel like I have like the butt sitting out all the time because my lower back is really weak and all. I got that. Get my booty. I got like tuck it in. I got like tuck in my butt and just like square my hips over my feet. I don't know, but just like trying to just like completely align my body and it just makes me feel better. And I noticed that the more I do this, the more
Elise AKA Sissy (14:16)
⁓ you got that bootylicious butt?
Heidi (14:32)
it comes more naturally and to the point where I actually asked my husband Kent the other day, I'm like, are you shrinking because I'm taller than you now because he, he doesn't stand like super, super tall. And I usually don't stand super tall, but now that I'm like standing more straight, I am actually a little smidge taller than him. So you can grow, you can grow if you stand well.
Elise AKA Sissy (14:56)
happened to us last night too. was standing in the mirror next to standing in the mirror. I was standing in front of the mirror next to Sean and I'm like, ⁓ since when are you three inches shorter than me? I thought it was only like half an inch, but right. Must be holding my
Heidi (15:09)
I think our energy is making us grow. Yes. Good. We're doing it all right. ⁓ Breathwork is another one that you can do rooting down, standing tall, taking in those deep breaths and embodying and imagining yourself as being that goddess. And having an energetic mantra such like, I am divine, I am magnetic. I really like the I am magnetic one because it's easier for me to feel.
and believe I am magnetic over I am divine. Sometimes that one seems a little too far away for me. Yeah, and I'm not at all. So I'm gonna go with I am magnetic.
Elise AKA Sissy (15:41)
too holier
Picturing yourself as actually a magnet and things come to you. Look, a dollar.
Heidi (15:51)
just getting stuck on to me. How'd
that get there? And then you can really step into your alter ego and you do all those things and then visualize your alter ego, name your alter ego. It could be male or female. And Cissie, I know you created one. You used chat GPT to help you create an alter ego. I love that. Would you like to share the name of your alter ego that it created?
Elise AKA Sissy (16:12)
It was fantastic.
Yes. So my name was Veda Monroe. Yes. And there was a whole reason behind it. I don't really recall, but Chad asked me a bunch of questions and that's what spewed out. And it even gave me like a wardrobe of what Veda would wear and how Veda thinks and stands. And she's beautiful. I love her. ⁓ However, I will say recently my son came home from school and said his, ⁓ his kindergarten crush is her name is Veda. And I'm like, well, I might have to change my alter ego because that's weird.
Heidi (16:46)
Or maybe it's a sign that you are Vada Monroe and it's just a nudge. I mean, he's probably not going to marry this girl eventually.
Elise AKA Sissy (16:55)
I mean, he is six years old, so probably not.
Heidi (16:58)
So
I think you don't need to change your entire alter ego just because of that. But you do you, Veda. Yes, yes. When we're picturing our alter ego or our goddess energy, like picture the vision of you who walks like that. Like how do they move through life? How do they look? How do they smell? How do they feel? What kind of clothing do they wear? Are they wearing like silk or velvet or leather or animal print? Like there's so many.
Elise AKA Sissy (17:24)
together?
that
you're gonna say for.
Heidi (17:29)
I mean, you could refer. Watch out, Peta. But then practice turning it on, right? And you don't have to be on all the time. That would be draining, exhausting, and it wouldn't necessarily be fully you, I don't think, because I do think that there are multiple pieces of us. And I think alter egos aren't necessarily like you becoming somebody totally different. think it is you becoming another part of you that maybe is harder to access.
Elise AKA Sissy (17:57)
you know you're worthy of, who you know you should be. When I'm thinking of my alter ego and I try to be that, it's usually when I am kind of too afraid to say it myself. because I am, I have always been a people pleaser and I'm trying to step away from that. But if I embody this Veda Monroe, Veda doesn't know these people. Elise knows these people, but Veda doesn't. She doesn't give two shits.
Heidi (18:00)
Demand respect.
Elise AKA Sissy (18:27)
she can say what she wants and what's on her mind. So she pretends that, she doesn't pretend, she knows that whatever she says is truthful to herself and these people that are in front of her don't care either way.
Heidi (18:42)
I love that. So does VEDA come on to the podcast?
Elise AKA Sissy (18:45)
VEDA should come on the podcast, love.
Heidi (18:48)
VEDA should come on the podcast. I feel like you need to do the next episode fully as VEDA and not give a shit what people think or what you say and just... Everything. Okay. It's fun talking about this because I've never really thought of myself as having any alter egos because, not to brag, but I feel like I'm always pretty confident. You are. But at the same time when we're talking about this, I really like the idea of goddess energy though too because...
Elise AKA Sissy (18:57)
My Contagious
But
Heidi (19:18)
I, without even really knowing what I was doing, I've sort of now collect, I have a collection of goddess necklaces from awe-inspired jewelry, which I'm obsessed with its amazing jewelery.
Elise AKA Sissy (19:30)
And let's not say how much it costs because Kent might die.
Heidi (19:32)
⁓ don't let my husband know. ⁓ But they all end up coming to me at these very specific times in my life where I like actually need to embody that type of energy. I went to a women's retreat, at this point, months ago, it was a goddess retreat where we had a goddess photo shoot, everything like that. And we were really embodying goddesses and we were able to kind of choose from a, well, it wasn't like we were given the goddess, but we pulled the card basically, yeah.
And everyone had all these goddesses that were so cool and fit exactly with what they were wanting to embody at the time. And mine was a goddess I'd never heard of before, Yemea, which was a mother goddess of the ocean. And it was all about emotions and how she can be like, she can be kind of like tumultuous. I can't say that word, tumultuous. Tumultuous. Anyways, she could be stormy, right? Yeah. She could be stormy, but she can also be calm. And I remember like immediately thinking like, that's...
Elise AKA Sissy (20:22)
this.
Heidi (20:30)
I don't want to be this goddess. But then literally the next day, actually it was later that same day, I realized that that was exactly who I needed to be. I needed to tap into more of my emotions that I didn't know that I was hiding for so long. And I was able to embody Yemea and really get in tune with my emotions, that watery side, that ocean. And it didn't help that, I mean, it did help that we were actually right next to the ocean. So I really could embody the ocean and all of the vast...
deep emotions that it brings. And it really was allowing me to kind of process some emotions that I didn't know were buried. all of these, and then right after that, the necklace of goddess Yumea came available, which it was not available before. It was brand new. So it was like, we have a new goddess, goddess Yumea. And I'm like, interesting.
Elise AKA Sissy (21:20)
just well yeah and also our phones listen to us but yeah but
No, I love that. Okay, so I want to challenge you, the listener, my sister, to try the Marilyn Monroe challenge. So I want you today to walk down the street and turn it on and turn it off and own it like it's contagious and see if others notice your shift. So just be regular old you and then be Vada Monroe.
or whoever you want to be and see what happens if maybe somebody comes over and talks to you or somebody just says, you look nice today. I'm just interested to see if that can happen to regular people like you and me.
And another thing you can do is practice embodying this by first recording yourself and not just recording yourself talking, but record yourself walking and getting dressed and acting like this person, fully acting like this person when you are on. And then watch it back and then claim that version of you. Practice those mirror neurons, see yourself be that person and then feel that you are that person.
My biggest takeaway about goddess energy is that goddess energy isn't about being the loudest person in the room. It's about being so rooted in who you are that the room adjusts
You know, you can be like, it's just that you don't have to be, right? Your presence demands it more than your volume.
I almost forgot our tarot for the week, Heidi. I can't wait to see what you draw.
All right, this is the energy that our sisters need to hear this week, right? Is there a card that has Marilyn Monroe on it? No.
Brilliant, Heidi.
I'm thinking of White Walkers. Zone for Game of Thrones, those really creepy ice people.
you haven't noticed, we are all about helping women just like you trust your innate power and just being unapologetically authentic that it is contagious. And Heidi and I are here to help you and remind you that if you can feel it, you can become it. You can become a magnet for what you want. Let us be your cheerleaders.
I need to see it.
Picture all these empowered women after listening to this getting all their alter egos on. I can't wait.
Well, until next time, it's your move sis!
Make it count!
