Here’s how it works:

01 — Intuition questionnaire

Upon booking, we’ll send you an email with a questionnaire just to get you thinking about how your intuition speaks to you. Think of this as a self-reflection. It’s mostly just for you, but during your session we can explore it to help you better understand ways to start turning up the volume!

02 — we tap into your energy

Don’t worry, you don’t need to do a THING! We connect with our guides and start receiving messages, usually before your session even begins! If that happens, we always write it down and share it with you during the session.

03 — you recieve messages

At the beginning of the session, we jump straight in to the messages we’re getting! Elise typically gets messages from past loved ones as well, so we will always relay those unless you choose not to.

04 — Tarot reading

Heidi whips out her tarot and oracle cards to give you even more clarity and guidance around your struggles. Feel free to share as much or as little information as you’d like regarding what you’re seeking to learn more about.


05 — Energy reading

Both Elise & Heidi relay what they feel in your chakras—whether that’s a blocked throat chakra that’s holding you back from speaking up, or a sticky root chakra that feels like you’re clinging too much to comfort.. we will let you know what we’re picking up and give you advice on how to fix it!


06 — Questions & Coaching

If you still have any lingering questions you want answers to, ask away! Then, we will go into the coaching portion where we help you find ways to start opening up your own intuition to start receiving these messages all on your own.
