How to Manifest What You Actually Want (Without Forcing It)
Manifestation is conscious creation. Period.
It’s not about crossing your fingers and hoping the universe is feeling generous today. It’s about actually becoming the version of you who already has the thing. And if you just rolled your eyes, stick with me—because this isn’t about delusion, it’s about alignment.
Episode 7: how to manifest: a conscious creation
So what is manifestation really?
We define it like this: Manifestation is getting radically clear on what you want, embodying that reality energetically now, and holding that vibration long enough for life to rearrange itself around you. It’s feeling first, then form.
Manifestation starts in the quantum, then becomes concrete.
How do you embody something that doesn't exist yet?
You act like it does.
You walk like her. Talk like her. Dress like her. Pay your bills like her. Pour your coffee like her. You stop waiting for your dream life to arrive and start matching it.
Elise calls this: becoming the energetic match. Heidi calls this: smelling like your future self (literally). Whether it’s a new perfume, a bolder lip, or a fancier coffee creamer—if it makes you feel rich, grounded, in love, or lit up... it counts.
But what if I manifest something I don't actually want?
That’s not a failure, it’s a clue.
Sometimes you manifest the thing, and it arrives... but it doesn’t hit the way you thought it would. That’s your signal that you’ve evolved. Your vibration changed. You're getting clearer.
(Like when Sissy manifested a big promotion... and then didn’t want it.)
You didn’t mess up—you just outgrew the version of you who wanted that.
So, how do you actually manifest well?
Here’s what works for us — and it’s not about doing it perfectly.
1. Get clear on what you actually want.
Not what you think you should want. Not what Becky on Instagram is manifesting. Your desire. Get super honest.
2. Ask yourself why you want it.
Is it coming from lack? Revenge? Scarcity? Or is it coming from expansion, joy, abundance?
If you're manifesting from "I need to prove myself" energy, it's gonna feel heavy. If it's from "I'm ready to receive what's meant for me," it flows.
3. Choose a practice that actually feels good.
Heidi? She likes vision boards, sticky notes, and full-body vibes. Elise? She's vibing with the “set it and gently remember it” approach (plus, sticky-taped vision boards by the bed).
What matters: the energy. If the journal feels like a chore, ditch it. If meditating makes you twitchy, pick a different practice.
4. Embody it. Literally.
You don't need to max out your credit card to feel abundant. Light a candle. Change your ringtone. Upgrade your towels or pens! Walk like your future self walks.
The universe reads energy, not effort.
5. Say: this or better.
Be specific... but open. Your plan is an outline. The universe's has the blueprints. Always leave space for the surprise plot twist.
Remember:
Manifestation isn't wishing. It's deciding.
You can’t fumble what’s meant for you. But you can block it if you’re clinging to the wrong vibe.
Divine timing is a real thing (annoying, but real).
And if you’re manifesting with anxiety, burnout, or desperation? Pause. Go regulate your nervous system first. Manifestation happens in receiving mode, not panic mode.
